NATURALLY 7 is more than a tightly orchestrated collection of great singers. They transform their voices into actual human instruments, effortlessly producing music of any genre. Their vocal choreography is so perfectly interwoven that they compelled the musical maestro himself, Quincy Jones, to declare that “Naturally 7 is the future of vocal music!!”
The N7@TheMovies Program consists of Movie tracks getting the Naturally 7 special treatment are favourites like Titanic, The Sound of Music, West Side Story, Grease, Jailhouse Rock, 8 Mile, Saturday Night Fever and many more including – of course – James Bond !
The group was formed in 1999 in New York City. It currently consists of the Thomas brothers Roger (musical director, arranger, first baritone, rapping) and Warren (drums, third tenor), Rod Eldridge (first tenor, scratching, guitar, trumpet), Ricky Cort (first tenor, guitar), Dwight Stewart (second baritone, vocals, trombone), Sean Simmonds (second tenor, harmonica), and N'Namdi Bryant (bass guitar, trumpet).

Ils sont enfin de retour : après leur concert acclamé en juin 2023, les sept chanteurs aguerris de NATURALLY 7 reviennent à l’Artikuss. Cette fois-ci, ils présentent de la musique tirée des grandes bandes originales du monde du cinéma. Le programme "N7@TheMovies" regorge de titres qui donnent envie de rire, de pleurer, de respirer profondément et de s'émerveiller : Titanic, The Sound of Music, West Side Story, Grease, Jailhouse Rock, 8 Mile, Saturday Night Fever et bien d'autres encore, y compris - bien sûr - James Bond !
C'est dans une église d'Harlem en 1999 que 7 garçons décident de se regrouper pour développer l'art du « Vocal Play ». NATURALLY 7 vient de naître. Concrètement, ils jouent tous les instruments avec leurs bouches jusqu'à se transformer en véritable 'Boites à rythme vivantes' (Human Beat Boxes).

Und diesmal präsentieren sie Musik aus den großen Soundtracks der Kinowelt. Das „N7@TheMovies”-Programm strotz vor Songs, die zum Weinen, Lachen, zum tiefen Einatmen und zum Wundern anregen. Mit dabei sind Hits aus Kinoklassikern wie Titanic, The Sound of Music, West Side Story, Grease, Jailhouse Rock, 8 Mile, Saturday Night Fever
und vielen unvergesslichen Themen aus den James Bond Filmen.
Die A-Cappella-Band aus New York um die beiden Brüder Roger und Warren Thomas verfügt über gesangliche Talente, die jedes Instrument alt aussehen lassen. Das, was den sieben Amerikanern so spielerisch leicht von den Lippen geht, nennen sie selber „Vocal Play“. Die „Band ohne Band“ ahmt nahezu jedes Instrument stimmlich nach. Sie lassen Bässe dröhnen, Posaunen klingen und Gitarren heulen – ohne ein einziges Instrument. Zusätzlich zu ihrem musikalischen Können sind die Vokal-Artisten auch großartige Entertainer mit unfassbarer Bühnenpräsenz. Ihr Repertoire umfasst alles von Soul, R´n´B, Rap, Jazz oder Hip Hop bis hin zu Eigenkompositionen in feinster A-Cappella-Manier.
